The Odd Frog – Bright

Nestled among the alpine sights of Bright are these five specular eco studios. Set among ten and a half acres of native bushland, The Odd Frog is ideal for those searching for sustainability, without sacrificing luxury.

Accommodation is architecturally-designed with seclusion and privacy in mind. Each studio boasts amazing views into the native bushland, and feature a private deck frequented by friendly local birdlife.  Studios boast a crackling wood fire, reverse cycle heating and air conditioning, TV, TVD, and studio. Prepare a hearty meal in the well-equipped kitchen or outdoors on the barbecue or wander into town for a bite to eat.  Studios at the Odd Frog are located in the heart of Bright, just a short stroll away from the local restaurants, shops, and boutique brewery. Just a quick drive away are plenty of award-winning wineries, cellar doors and, for the more adventurous, hiking and cycling trails.

The studios have a focus on sustainability and are environmentally-friendly, featuring natural building materials, with construction materials selected for their environmental benefits; sheep-wool insulation; a northern orientation to make use of summer and winter sun; and use green electricity.  Rooms are tastefully designed, creatively using steel and wood to create an intimate setting. Neutral tones create a relaxed atmosphere, and the jaw-dropping treetop views make you feel at one with nature.

Surrounded by the bright hues of autumn leaves, awesome mountaintop views, and crisp, country air, studios at The Odd Frog in Bright are the perfect escape to the Australian landscape.
